#38 Writing under the moon,

Wrote this on my long journey of 13 hours flight to Amsterdam. Will be sharing pictures once I sort them out. ^-^

Far away from home,
but not alone.
Writing under the moon,
a poem to be done soon.
Finding peace in the moonlight, where many wishes are tied.
Who knows one fine night,
I’ll find myself missing this light.
But I’ll be back at home,
still never alone.
Reminiscing this time,
making the moment mine.

Letting go,

When a door close on you, keep looking. You might find another door that is open for you.

One of my favourite saying in mandarin is this, ” 拿得起,放得下,那就是幸福。“

This also means that if you can take it up and let it go, that’s happiness.

In our life, many people tend to grasp tightly on they have.

One reason is because everyone is afraid to lose.

But sometimes, life is not about holding on.

You might find yourself having even more when you let go..

Have a good day everyone! ^-^

It’s Graduation Day!

2 days back, it was a day I long waited for.

However, there were really much mixed feelings that day – happiness yet sadness.

On the 30th May 2014, I ended my journey in Polytechnic.

I know I am definitely going to miss this place and somehow I felt like I have just entered not long ago.

I guess that’s how fast time flies..

Here’s all my thankful words.

I guess I will keep it short because I guess my emotions and gratitude cannot be fully measured and expressed through words.

Dear Family,

Thank you for being around and thank you for all the support you have given me throughout all these 3 years. These years haven’t been really easy on me at times but thank you for sticking around, supporting me and watch me overcome the hurdles in life to get to where I am today. I am really grateful for everything. The flying kiss I blew on stage after receiving my certificate was for you. I owe everything to you all.  I might not be the best daughter in the world but thank you for loving me. Thank you so much and I love you all 🙂

Dear My Loved ones from Heaven,

I thought of you when I was on the stage. I hope all of you are watching me and wish I have made all of you proud.

I miss you.

Dear Lecturers/ Tutors,

Thank you for all the guidance you have given me throughout all these 3 years. I have learnt alot, not just academically but through lessons, I have also understood the values in life. Thank you for all the chances you have provided for us and allowing us to see and think out of the box.

Dear Coursemates and Friends I have met in school,

Happy Graduation! Thank you for being such wonderful coursemates. As being a small course, I’m pretty glad I managed to talk to most of you and even became good friends with some of you. I’m really glad to have met all of you in school and remember our journey doesn’t end here. I really hope that all of you can pursue what you love and all the best in your future endeavours! To friends whom I have met through orientation, although we are in different courses, I’m really glad that I met you all. We came to school together and now we are graduating together! Keep in touch, everyone! 🙂 I’m really going to miss all of you.

Dear Friends and people I know around me,

I’m always thankful to have all of you around me. During our happy times, we shared our laughter. During our sad moments, we shared our tears. Thank you for listening to my rants and thank you for always being there to share my joy with me. Although some of you might not be able to make it for my graduation ceremony, thank you for always being around! Thank you for the wishes, text messages and mails. And also, special thanks to those who have celebrated with me and even brought gifts to my school during the day itself. I love all of you 🙂

They were all the reasons why I managed to hang in there.

Thank you all for everything.

Really really appreciate it alot ❤
